Solution:
Substituting the value of $m=1$ in the formula, we get,
$n=7(1)-3$
$n=7-3$
$n=4$
Substituting the value of $m=2$ in the formula, we get,
$n=7(2)-3$
$n=14-3$
$n=11$
Substituting the value of $m=10$ in the formula, we get,
$n=7(10)-3$
$n=70-3$
$n=67$
Therefore,
