$\therefore -7<-2$

$\because 0$ is always greater than all negative integers.
$\therefore \frac{-9}{5}<0$
$(3).\ \frac{8}{7}, 0$
$\because 0$ is always less than all positive integers.
$\therefore 0<\frac{8}{7}$
