A comparative study between the models of Thomson, Rutherford and Bohr is given below:

Sphere of positive charge.The sphere of positive charge in the center is called nucleus. The mass of an atom resides in the nucleus.

As Positive charge = negative charge, hence, the atom is electrically neutral.The size of the nucleus is very small as compared to the size of an atom.The orbits were known as energy shells. They are K,L,M,N or n=1,2.3.4.
