Can plant only grow from the seed ?

Dear Prayag,

All plant does not grows from a seed.Below are some different methods by which plants can grow:

• Some plants grow from spores ,example: ferns and mosses
• Others may use asexual vegetative reproduction and grow new plants from rhizomes or tubers.
• There are also new techniques like grafting or layering can be used to make new plants.
