Calculate the kinetic energy of a body of mass $2\ kg$ moving with a velocity of $0.1\ ms^{-1}$.

Given mass $m=2\ kg.$

Velocity of the body $v=0.1\ ms^{-1}$

Therefore kinetic energy $K=\frac{1}{2}mv^2$

$=\frac{1}{2}\times 2\times ( 0.1)^2$

$=0.01\ Joule$

Therefore, kinetic energy of the body is $0.01\ Joule$.
