Black and dull surfaces are absorbers of heat. Why the answer to this question is not black and dull surfaces are good conductors of heat?
Black and dull surfaces are good absorbers and a good conductor of heat.
Conduction of Heat depends upon the material of which a substance is made of.
For example: If metal is painted black, then it will absorb heat faster and also conduct it. But if non-metals are painted black, even though it is a good absorber of heat, it will not be a good Conductor of Heat.
That's why the answer is not the good conductors of heat.
