Reproduction is important in plants. Give Reason.

Plants are autotrophs as they can make their own food by photosynthesis. Animals and humans are heterotrophs. They cannot make their own food and rely on plants as it a source of food for them. If plants are not reproducing then there will not be enough plants. Then animals and humans would begin to starve and eventually die. Hence reproduction is important in plants.
