Pancreatic hormones are antagonistic in nature. Explain.
The hormones of the pancreas namely Glucagon and Insulin function in an opposite manner.
Insulin lowers the glucose (sugar) level in the blood whereas Glucagon increases the glucose (sugar) level of the blood. Hence they antagonistic in nature.
