Night Blindness: Night blindness or Nyctalopia, makes it hard or impossible to see in dim light. Several eye illnesses cause it. Night blindness can be congenital, caused by injury or starvation (for example, vitamin A deficiency). Insufficient dark adaptation.

Scurvy: Scurvy is a vitamin C deficiency disease. Citrus and vegetables provide vitamin C. Vitamin C deficiency causes scurvy. Symptoms may not appear for months after vitamin C intake gets too low. Scurvy causes bruising, bleeding gums, weakness, weariness, and rash. Vitamin C supplements and citrus, potatoes, broccoli, and strawberries are prescribed.
Rickets: Rickets softens and weakens children's bones owing to insufficient vitamin D.
Vitamin D reduces calcium and phosphorus absorption. Rickets are caused by insufficient bone calcium and phosphorus.
Slow growth, bow legs, spine, pelvis, and leg pain are symptoms. Sunlight, a vitamin D-and calcium-rich diet, supplements, medicine, or surgery can help.
