The trace minerals or microminerals are iron, iodine, manganese, copper, cobalt, zinc, fluoride, and selenium. These minerals are needed in very small amounts.


Hence, from the above explanation, It is clear that Iron is a trace mineral or microminerals, while Calcium & Phosphorus, are major minerals or macro minerals.
