Are cells also made up of atoms? If so then which part of the cell is made up of atoms?

Yes. All cells are made up of atoms.

Cells are made up of lipids, complex carbohydrates, proteins and water. These are the type of molecules. Inside the nucleus, genetic material is present in the form of DNA and RNA, which are complex molecules.

These molecules are made up of atoms.

For example, water is made by a combination of oxygen and hydrogen atoms.

Proteins are made of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and other elements.

Therefore, as molecules are made of atoms, cells are also made up of numerous atoms.
