Explain why the melting of butter is reversible whereas curdling of milk is irreversible.
1.(a) Cutting banana into pieces is an Irreversible change.
(b) Bud to flower is an Irreversible change.
(c) Batter to dosa is an Irreversible change.
(d) Washing of clothes is a Reversible change.
(e) Stretching of the rubber band is a Reversible change.
(f) Milk to curd is Irreversible change.
2. Melting of butter is a Reversible change because on freezing the butter in the refrigerator, we get back the original product. But curdling of milk is irreversible because we don't get back milk from curd.
