So,

$\frac{Number\ of\ cloth\ you\ buy}{Number\ of\ cloth\ +\ Free\ cloth} \ \times \ 100$

$=\ \frac{5}{5\ +\ 4} \ \times \ 100$

$=\ \frac{5}{9} \ \times \ 100$

$=\ 55.55%$

So, final discount is 55.55%
