Add the following:$7x^2 + 3x, 9x - 5x^2$

Given :

The given terms are $7x^2 + 3x$ and  $9x - 5x^2$.

To do :

We have to add the given terms.

Solution :

$7x^2 + 3x + 9x - 5x^2 = (7-5)x^2 +(3+9)x$

                                     $= 2x^2 + 12x$.

The sum of $7x^2 + 3x$ and  $9x - 5x^2$ is $2x^2 + 12x$
