The $V-I$ graph for a nichrome wire shows a straight line, which means the resistance of the wire remains constant when the current supply is changed (the slope of the graph represents the resistance).
Also, we can conclude that the current flowing through the wire is directly proportional to the potential difference $V$ across it.
The resistance of the wire can be calculated as-
$R=\frac {V}{I}=\frac {0.4}{0.1}=4\Omega$
Thus, the nichrome wire has a constant resistance of $4\Omega$, and it follows the ohm's law, therefore, it is considered an ohmic conductor.
