Solution:

Total number of cards  =  52

Number of ace cards   =  4

Probability of getting ace card =  $\frac{4}{ 52}$  

 Probability of getting ace card =  $\frac{1}{ 13}$

Therefore, the probability that card is an ace is $\frac{1}{3}$
