Introduction

Zahir-ud-din Muhammad was the actual name of Babur the founder of the Mughal dynasty. His son Humayun was the next successor of the Mughal Empire. The founder was born in Andijan, presently known as Uzbekistan in 1483.

Who was Babur?

Babur was the chronicler of the Mughal dynasty by winning over the Delhi sultanates. Ibrahim Lodhi fought against Babur in the battle, known as the first battle of Panipat. The founder captured the complete northern portion of India in 1526. He was known as the Timurid prince and he captured Fargana when he was very young. He was known as a tiger for his aggressive nature in the battle of Fargana.

Daulat Khan was a famous nobleman of Punjab who invited Babur to India. Daulat Khan was very disappointed with Ibrahim Lodhi and for this reason; he invited Babur to the attack. The Mughals founder used gun-powders and various types of advanced technologies in the battle of Panipat. Ibrahim Lodhi used traditional methods in the battle and Babur defeated him easily in the battle of 1526

The Mughals came from the central part of Asia and made a huge dynasty in India. Changez Khan and Timur was the main ruler of the Mughals. Many researchers told that the Mongols were the Persian inscription from the Mughals. They ruled over India for more than three hundred years and many remarkable changes happened during their time. A few emperors were famous in history for their administrative works, and potential of ruling all over India. The two different religions Hindu and Muslim lived unitedly in the time of the Mughals and it was the different quality of Mughals from other dynasties.

Babur: Early Life

Babur, the founder of the Mughal dynasty in India was born on 14th February 1483. Umar Sheikh Mirza was the father of Babur and he was Ferghana’s Emir. Qutlaq Nigar Khanum was the mother of the founder and his mother was the daughter of Yunus Khan who was the king of Moghuli. The Mughals had intermarried relationships with Persian and Turkish people during the birth time of the founder. They followed the Islamic religion but their language, as well as culture, was highly influenced by the Persian people.

Babur: Military Consequences

Babur was the commander of Kabul before the invasion of India. He defeated Ibrahim Lodhi and became the king of Kabul that is part of Afghanistan at present time. The insatiable political condition of India during Ibrahim Lodhi gave influenced them to attack the country. Babur also won over the powerful Rajputs in India in the battle of Kanhwa.

Babur and Rana Sangha

Rana Sangha was the king of Mewar who invited Babur with Daulat Khan Lodhi. Ibrahim Lodhi’s uncle and Alam Khan also joined them to terminate Lodhi from the throne of Delhi. Rana Sangha helped the founder with his plan of expansion. Chanderi, Gwalior, Ajmer, Marwar were ruled by Rana Sangha and Mahmood Lodhi was ruling the various part of Delhi. They two met the founder in the year 1527 in the village of Agra, which was known as Kanhwa.

Babur: First Battle of Panipat

The political disbalance arose during the time of Ibrahim Lodhi and various types of revolts arose in the year 1521. Babur attacked this time with the support of Lodhi’s relatives and friends. The founder attacked the subcontinents of India and in 1526; he announced a war against the sultan of Delhi. Twenty-four thousand enemies of Babur attacked one lakhs soldier as well as hundred elephants of Lodhi. The founder had guns and that gave him the opportunity to win over the huge soldiers of Delhi’s sultan. The battle was known as the first battles of Panipat where near about twenty thousand people were killed in the war

The great founder of the Mughal Empire falls in the year 1530 in the autumn season. The Brother-in-law of the founder made a conspiracy against him to capture the throne. He wanted to bypass the son as well as the successor of the Mughal Empire. Humayun became a ruler of the Mughal Empire at the age of twenty-two

Babur: Legacy

Babur always struggles in his life and at last, he succeeded in making a great empire. The founder was capable in Persian and Arabic languages. The mother tongue of the founder was Chaghatai Turkic and his achievement was very much impactful in history. The founder in his mother tongue Turki wrote Tuzuk-i-Baburi. The incredible beauty of the country and fauna as well as flora was described beautifully in his book. The huge empire of the Mughals expired in the year 1868 and from that time, Britishers started to make colonies in the country.
