The course provides a decision making toolbox with 50 tools, concepts and methods to make more robust business and personal decisions. Among the tools, 40 tools are to detect & overcome cognitive biases, 6 tools to minimize decision variances, and 4 tools to improve productivity and decision making process. 4.
