We have to find the cube root of the given number correct to three decimal places using cube root table.

Solution:

$\sqrt[3]{0.86}=\sqrt[3]{\frac{86}{100}}$

$=\frac{\sqrt[3]{86}}{\sqrt[3]{100}}$

$=\frac{4.414}{4.642}$

$=\frac{4414}{4642}$

$=0.95088$

$=0.9509$

$=0.951$
