What Is “Unite Cloud” in This Article Mean?\r\nIn this essay, we will talk about “unite cloud” for better cloud storages management. Unite cloud in this article means to put multiple cloud drive storage accounts together into one place. It can also be called merge multiple cloud services, link clouds, combine all cloud storages, connect all cloud services, join the cloud, cloud integration, converge clouds, consolidate all cloud storages, and so on.\r\n\r\nWhy Need to Unite All Cloud Storages?\r\nAs we all know, it is easy to manage cloud drive storages within itself. We can create new folder, remove unwanted items, upload files/folders from local storage, download cloud files to local computer, rename an item, make a copy, move file location, share it with others, etc.\r\n\r\nHowever, as for operations involves in different cloud accounts, it becomes complicated and troublesome. For example, if you want to move or copy certain files from one Google account storage to another, usually, you have to first of all download them from source cloud drive to local device and then upload them from local storage to destination cloud. This is time-consuming; the larger and more the target files are, the longer the task will take. And, you need the same size of local storage space for transit.\r\n\r\nTherefore, it will be much easier and more convenient to complete the above task if there is a platform which can access both source cloud and destination cloud and transfer files between them directly. If so, we do not have to shift from one cloud drive to another and do not need local storage for transit.\r\n\r\nFortunately, there is a way to link all cloud drives together. We will need help from third party program called MultCloud. MultCloud is an online multiple cloud drives manager which ease the transmission of files among different cloud drive accounts.\r\n\r\nHow to Unite Multiple Cloud Drives into One?\r\nThe following will take Dropbox for example to display you how to unite cloud drives.\r\n\r\nStep 1. Create MultCloud account. Since MultCloud is a web-based App, to make use of it, you do not have to download and install it on your computer to occupy your local space; just create an account of it through “Sign up” or “Create an account” in its official website given above. In the software screen, move to Add Clouds tab and choose Dropbox in the cloud drive list.\r\n\r\nAdd Dropbox\r\nNext, specify the Display Name of Dropbox (you can keep default Dropbox) on MultCloud and click Add Dropbox Account.\r\n\r\nAdd Dropbox Account\r\nSign in with your Dropbox account and go on. If you already have it signed in in current explorer, MultCloud will detect it and skip this process. If you have more than one Dropbox accounts signed in currently, MultCloud will ask you to choose one from them.\r\n\r\nSign in Dropbox\r\nThen, Allow MultCloud to access the files and folders in your Dropbox.\r\n\r\nDropbox Authorization\r\nFinally, this Dropbox account is successfully added into MultCloud platform and will display on the left menu in Cloud Explorer tab.\r\n\r\nTips: MultCloud can only add one cloud account in one time, to add other Dropbox accounts or other cloud brand accounts, just repeat the same or similar processes above. When all cloud drives are added, you can view them on Cloud Explorer tab’s left menu.\r\n\r\nAdded Cloud Accounts in MultCloud\r\nNow, all cloud drive accounts are in one place, you can manage data stored in them with much easiness.\r\n\r\nStep 3. Sync from one Dropbox to another. Move to Cloud Sync tab, select one Dropbox account as source and another as destination.\r\n\r\nSync from One Dropbox to Another\r\nStep 4. Transfer from Dropbox to Google Drive. Go to Cloud Transfer tab, specify source cloud directory as well as destination cloud directory.\r\n\r\nTransfer from Dropbox to Doogle Drive\r\nTips:\r\n\r\nYou can specify task name for both cloud transfer and cloud sync.\r\nYou can add more destination clouds in cloud sync task. Yet, this function is charged and you have to upgrade your account to premium plan to enjoy it.\r\nBoth cloud sync and cloud transfer provide advanced Options for users. In cloud sync options, you can choose a sync method, one-way sync or two-way sync, order email notification and filter certain files during sync task. In cloud transfer options, you can decide how to save files in destination, subscribe email notification as well as filter certain files by file extension.\r\nCloud Sync Options\r\nCloud Transfer Options\r\nBoth cloud sync and transfer task offer schedule function for you to set schedules to automatically carry out tasks daily, weekly or monthly.\r\nCloud Schedule\r\nConclusion\r\nMultCloud makes it possible to manage multiple cloud drive accounts in one place and directly migrate files among different cloud accounts either of the same cloud brand or different. To unite cloud drive accounts is also a unity of cloud drive storages; thus, you do not have to pay for extra cloud space with all free quota of each cloud account link together.\r\n\r\nBesides the features above, MultCloud also allows you to manage cloud data on its platform like what you can do within a single cloud mentioned in the start of this article, like, create new folder, delete unwanted file, rename an item, share file to others and so on.\r\n\r\nManage Dropbox in MultCloud
