I Need to Create Partition Windows 10
For most new users of Microsoft Windows 10, they are happy to upgrade their operating systems to the newest one, some of them upgrade for free. However, some of them install Windows 10 on a completely new SSD which is very large and makes it a waste of space if only used for containing os. They want to use the extra space but do not want to mix system with other things. Therefore, they need to create partition Windows 10. But how?

Create Partition Windows 10 with Disk Management
Like former Windows systems, Windows 10 continues using Disk Manage for users to manage their hard disks. To create Windows 10 partition, just follow the below steps.

Step1. Similarly, open Windows 10 Disk Management by right clicking “This PC”, choose “Manage” and select “Disk Management” on the left console in the pop-up window. Then, on the right part of the window, you can see the disks layout of your computer.

Step2. To Create partition Windows 10, just right click the free space on the hard disk you want to partition and select “New Volume”.

Note: You can only create new partition from free space (also called unallocated space). If there’s no such space, the “New Volume” option will greyed out of usage. To crate volume in such situation, you can shrink existing volume first to get some free space and then create partition on the free space.

Step3. Then, you will enter a guide to lead you creating partition Windows 10.

Step4. Specify volume size. Choose a volume size that is between the maximum and minimum volume sizes.
