• create Email Campaigns, Flows and Automations, Popup Forms, work with Segments and Lists; 
• edit and create images in applications like Canva, Figma.
• this course covers several Email Service Providers (ESP), namely Klaviyo , Mailchimp and Sendinblue. Some tasks are done in different ESPs to show you the difference in the workflows.
