Donna Karren, the self−made queen, who is also known as the Queen of Seventh Avenue, is also well known for her essential line. Biography
Donna Karran, also known as DK, was born on October 2, 1948, in New York City as Donna Ivy Faske. Her father died when she was just three years old and she was raised by her mother. DK studied at George W Hewlett High School, The New School and The Parsons School of Design. Donna Faske was married to Mark Karen in 1976 and they had a daughter. After a divorce, DK married Stephan Weiss, and they had a son. Stephan Weiss became the co−CEO of the Donna Karren company. Stephan Weiss died in 2001. She started her career as a designer and worked for Anne Klein, and she was promoted as a designer head with her remarkable and magnificent fashion ideas. DK made an amazing life style fashion design for American man and woman but whole world was stunned to see her concept of fashion and contribution to the world of fashion.
