The businesses associated with its two brands, AND and Global Desi, were transferred on March 28, 2019, by the Board of House of Anita Dongre Limited (HOADL), as part of its corporate restructuring, to a newly created wholly−owned subsidiary, Ochre and Black Private Limited (OBPL), with effect on April 1, 2019. Anita Dongre and Grassroot, two of HOADL's brands, will continue to be used to run the company. While Dongre concentrates on the design side, her brother and sister run the company. She is the organization's Chief Creative Officer.
