Montel Williams, the former talk show host went public about his multiple sclerosis treatment. Explaining, it was very hard for him to digest when the neurologist confirmed his MS.

But Montel determined not to turn up, so he converted his fear into a foundation, and reached more than $1.5 million in grants within a year.
