Description:

Please open a new document with the following sizes
760x770 pixels. The background doesn't matter right now

Then open the following image in photoshop

Then go to Edit > Define pattern
Choose a name for your pattern , then click OK
You can now close this document, and we will work on the first document

Select the background layer, and add the following layer style:
