In Flash CS3 its possible to find hidden developer photos by clicking in an exact area, which then opens a slideshow of photos.

Description:

In February 2006 I wrote a tutorial on KnowFlash showing how to reveal and play the hidden games in Flash MX and Flash 8. I’ve so far had no luck finding the hidden games in Flash CS3, but I did stumble upon another easter egg, where you can see photos of the developers. Some of the pictures are strange - some are downright scary, but it’s a nice little easter egg. Watch the video below to discover the easter egg.
