Prototype - Event isLeftClick() Method
This method determines whether a button-related mouse event was about the "left" (primary, actually) button.
Syntax
Event.isLeftClick(event);
Return Value
Returns true if left button is pressed.
Example
NOTE − Looks like it does not work in MSIE.
