Description:

I used the image of a dummy for creation of the ghost.

Paste it into the new layer, transform it ( Free Transform and Perspective Transform).

Change Opacity of the layer to 30-50%, change Blanding Mode for the layer to Screen!

Filter > Sketch > Chrome.    More detail...
