Description:

Flash movies inherently have a predetermined height and width, as defined by the size of the Stage in the Flash authoring tool. Generally when a Flash movie is resized in the web browser, its contents get warped and stretched. This is sometimes not a problem with vector graphics, but with bitmap graphics it is an utter disaster. There are, however, some clever ActionScript techniques that can allow you to resize a Flash movie without any distortion of its contents.    More detail...
