Description

Backface Culling entails not rendering faces on 2D models that will not be visible. They are behind other faces. It saves time and processing power.<br /><br />This particular example uses Flash MX2004 Actionscript 2.0 but can be adapted to Actionscript 1.0. Go to the page describing the Vector3D(v3d) class before attempting this tutorial. I will be using functions from the Vector class that will save heaps of time and typing.
