Dreamweaver, with all its version it's a really great tool for every webmaster because it allows you to have full controll on your work. One of the not so known features it's ... to work with Apache.
First of all, open a new document in Dreamweaver MX 2004 or recent versions and create a php page.
Then go to code <> mode.
