Description:

You’ll need to have a vector editing software like Inkscape or Adobe Ilustrator. Since I don’t have Illustrator, I’ll be showing you this tutorial in Inkscape because Inkscape is free!

1) Open up Inkscape and create a new document.

2) Create a small circle. Right click -> Fill and stroke. Make sure that fill color is white, and the stroke color is black. Go to stroke style and set the width to 2.5px.    More detail...
