Description:
1. Open up a new document. Mine was 800x600 in size. Fill it with black [000000]2. Go to the brush tool and select a brush. A soft, round brush will be your best bet here. Mine is size 35 round brush. It should be there by default. [Click here if you cannot find it ]
3. Now, set the color to white, ffffff. You'll want to click on the "brushes" menu, that should be Near the top, right by file browser. More detail...
