Description:

Step 1.
First of all, make a new Photoshop document, with dimensions of 770x480 and a dark grey (242424) background. Choose the rounded rectangle tool (a, i) and set the raidus to 15 pixels (a, ii). Set the foreground color to black and create a rounded rectangle at the top (b)

Set the foreground color to bright blue (4BC5E2) and create a 2nd, slightly smaller rounded rectangle.    More detail...
