Tutorials Point - Simply Easy Learning

Hello. Does anybody know where I can download or copy some include files or libraries that will enable me to write CGI script in C++ for inputting data from a text area or some other kind of text data input (from the user's keyboard)?

Also, if I have to compile the CGI file on the server (due to the server having a different OS than mine) then would I have to upload the compiler and all of the librariea and include files using a program like Filezilla? If so would there be problems with file size and trasfer size limitations of my internet service or the host that I am trying to upload to?
