Tutorials Point - Simply Easy Learning

I am new here, and i wanted some help with a python script for executing a file that is in my Windows C:\Python27 or in a Ubuntu dir /python/ex2. I want the scipt to run the file without me having to go thru the 10mn clik-clicks.
